There is AC in this unit, but due to its location, it is rarely needed. We get wonderful tropical trade winds!

Beautiful Condo with lots of amenities

We stayed in unit 10-314 and found it to be a great spot for our family. We have been to Maui many times and know our way around, staying at many great places over the years. The owner, Sandi, is a gracious host and will do everything to make your stay perfect. The condo has everything you could need in terms of amenities, location and view. Aloha spirit on Kam III Beach!

Three adults and four young children found the unit comfortable and clean — there are pull-out sofas and a murphy bed which made it easy for the kids to pile up like they were having an overnight party, leaving the two bedrooms for the adults. There was plenty of bedding for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and the property BBQs are right downstairs and super convenient. Wonderful Stay

This is a great property. It’s across the street from an amazing beach (a couple actually). We were able to snorkel and play in the waves right across the street. There are many places to shop and eat very close by (within a mile). The home was wonderful- very spacious and full of everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The host was very quick to reply to any questions. The property itself is really beautiful and well maintained. We would love to stay here again.

Space, location and comfort

This is a well decorated and appointed apartment with 2+ bedrooms on one level. Overlooks the resort grounds and Kamaole Beach III. Good air flow if you don’t like air conditioning.

Wonderful Stay

Great views, great location to the beach. We have stayed in 4 different unit at Kamole Sands and this was the best combination of everything. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Well stocked kitchen. The only snagged was it didn’t have a coffee grinder as listed, so was forced to buy one after we bought a bag of whole coffee beans. All in all a wonderful 4 nights and I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Price and Amenities, Close to Beach

A short walk across the street to KAM III beach, restaurants in walking distance, and a nice pool and lounge area on site. Price was very good for the area. Accommodated our entire family of 5 easily. Very responsive on site help. They fixed the refrigerator in a day when it started overheating. Would recommend.

Perfect location

Awesome Family Vacation

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying in this unit, and at this property overall. This unit has plenty of space, is very comfortable, and was easily kept cool during the hot summer weather. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and very helpful with suggestions for activities in the area. The grounds of the property are beautiful, and everything was well maintained. Wonderful vacation in Maui!

Lovely condo with beautiful ocean view & steps to the beach! Plenty of space and all amenities you could need. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had! Perfect central location for day excursions & close to local shopping & restaurants! Could not have asked for more! Highly recommend!
